Good times are being had by all. I'm back in the Sports Book early again. The NFL crowd starts arriving even earlier then the college crowd.
But while everyone breathlessly awaits the recap here is the
The 2014 GO JUMBO NFL Mega Bet
Kansas City -1.0 vs Seattle - Pat is pleased that I finally took a home team. Got to get that boy off my back. And it meets his time zone angle too. The game is at 1:00 eastern which will mean that the Seahawks will struggle early.
And there just seem something off with the Seahawks this year. Maybe it's the "tough to repeat" dynamic but it's more fundamental.
The defensive line is pretty dinged up leading to a lack of pressure against the QB. Seattle's 13 sacks rank ahead of only Oakland (8) and Atlanta (11). This is putting more pressure on the Legion of Boom and now they are ranked 8th against the pass. Pretty good but not the awesome of last year.
It's Kansas City that leads the league in pass defense this year and their 28 sacks ranks fifth overall. That means that Seattle will try to establish the run. They'll have success. Marshawn Lynch should be able to slice his way through the Chief's 20th ranked rush defense.
But KC's Jamaal Charles should keep pace against an ailing Seattle DL.
Kansas City has won four in a row ATS and will want to get their fifth in front of a fired up home crowd.
The Big Book of Guesses says take the favorite in the NFL when the spread is 3 or less. KC it is
Might put a little on the under of 43.5 too
