Just over a week to kickoff!
Time to take a quick look at the GO JUMBO slate of games. That would be the weekend of Nov 3rd at the Westgate Resort SuperBook.
And of course,
DON"T FORGET YOUR DRINK COUPONS!!
First lets see who has a bye week. No sense watching teams that you won't have a chance to bet on.

The slate is pretty small with no big names on it . Mrs Pete will miss out on her Hoosiers while the Saxy Lady's back up team, Vandy, is idle too. The best of the rest? Maybe Arkansas with new HC Chad Morris but that's about it. All the Big Boys will be in action!
The MAC will also have six teams playing before we arrive, unless Woz wants even more early Roulette action.
The only quality team playing is Toledo so no big misses.

Turning to games we can take action on starting with the Thursday and Friday games. An improving Temple versus a regrouping Central Florida under a new HC should be a fun game to play.
On Friday, two contenders in the CUSA, Western Kentucky vs Mid Tenn State should be a dandy. And NarDawg's Pitt Panthers @ Bronco Mendenhall's Virginia Cavaliers could be sneaky good too. I'll lay down a couple quatloos before we head over to the BeerPark.
Then it'd FFDY!!
First, a word of caution, the Big Al Rule will be in effect (That means you Mrs Joe!) as UConn travels to Tulsa. No betting on the game, wither for or against UConn is allowed by Hole members and guests. Joe and I will have to decide if over/under bets are allowed though.
Setting that game aside, there is still plenty of great action.
In the American Conference I'm looking to see an improving Tulane, under HC Willie Fritz taking on league favorite South Florida.
In the ACC, the marquee matchup would normally be Louisville @ Clemson but I have my doubts about the Papa Johns.
I will drop some coin again on NC State hosting Florida State though. The Pack have owned the Noles going 10-2-1 ATS since 2005.
Of course, the Sax Man will be wanting some action on Ga Tech @ UNC.

The biggest game of the weekend, for us at least, is MSU @ Maryland. The Terps are a train wreck right now but nope, I won't bet on State, Just won't do it. Nope nope nope.
'll also need to get good separation from The Big Flippy as we have a dismal record watching MSU together - think Middle Tenn State in March Madness and the OSU game last year dismal. We will need a ruling from the gathered gang as to how far apart is considered sufficient.
Other good games in the Big 10 and 12 - Penn State shoiuld clobber an overrated scUM again, Scott Frost and Nebraska at Ohio State should be interesting as should be Northwestern hosting the Domers.
In the CUSA and Independents, there's a couple of rivalry games. Look to take the points in those games. First Fla Atlantic travels to Florida Int'l. The Panthers got clobbered last year so they will be looking for revenge at home.
The other rivalry game is Air Force traveling to West Point. Dwink's Black Knights shut out the fly boys last year. I doubt that will happen this year.
Not much going on in the MAC and Mountain West other than maybe BYU @ Boise State
The good news is that Hawaii is playing at home so Joe and I can get in some real late action
In the PAC 12 it's the Chip Kelly Bowl as UCLA travels to Oregon. Should be a lot of hype for that game.
And, I'm already looking to take Stanford @ Washington as one of the Games of the Year.

Not much going on in the Fun Belt though there is a revenge game when Arkansas State looks to avenge a loss to South Alabama.
In the SEC, the Saxy Lady might take a trip up to Lexington to see her Dawgs try to blow out Kentucky again.
And the Big Guy has already let me know he will be hosting friends for the Texas A&M game @ Auburn. Looks to be a good game and fun time.
If Georgia missteps this year, Mizzou vs Florida could decide the SEC East.
Pat will want to bet on Tennessee again. Go ahead you hairy bastard, the Vols are 1-11 ATS on the GO JUMBO weekend.
But the biggest game will be Bama @ LSU. It wasn't that long ago that this game decided the National Championship. It'll he huge again this year.
Then comes comes one of the roughest days of the year. trying to recover and get down early for the NFL.
Once again, your Executive Committee made a great call and scheduled the GO JUMBO trip on the weekend that Daylight Savings Time ends getting us all an much needed extra hour of sleep.
Woz and I will be there on Thursday for the Oakland @ Niners game. Carr versus Garoppolo, nice.
On Sunday, the Lions travel to Minneapolis and return home with a loss.
The best games of the weekend should be Pittsburgh @ Baltimore and Rams @ New Orleans, capped off by the biggest game - Green Bay @ New England. You may want to rethink booking that red eye flight.
And here is the file with all the games and records against the spread since 2005.
