The kids will be in lock down this weekend. Mrs Doofus went to the Island with the latest foster child. I've lost count on how many have gone through so I'll just refer to her as LFC - Latest Foster Child.
Mrs Doofus left me with the other kids. I'm going to tell them that school called and that the have a special 48 hour Covid and that they have to spend the weekend in their rooms. That way I can watch football in peace.
I was going to have them fetch me bourbon refills but apparently that is against DFCS rules. Go figure.
Here's the games I'll be watching while the kids are quarantined:
Georgia +5.0 @ Alabama - It's the biggest game of the weekend and could be the biggest regular season game too. In theory, it could be the first of three games between these two, regular season, SEC championship and CFP, though I doubt that will happen.

Mac Jones has filled in admirably for Tua, but that should be no surprise. He showed he was quite capable last year when he replaced Tua for four games. The big plays to star WR's Jaylen Waddle and DeVonta Smith have been there for the taking all year.
But Georgia is number one in limiting big plays along with being just about number one everything defensive wise. UGA finished #1 last year and returned just about everyone on the two deep this year. They will key on putting pressure on Jones, something he has not faced much this year.
It’s the top ranked SP+ defense versus the tap ranked offense. There have been only six meetings in the last 70 years where the end of year top ranked offenses and defenses squared off. The defense has won five of the six. The lone offensive win was LSU over Georgia last year in the SEC championship game.
I liked the Dawgs when they were getting 6.5 to open. Then Nick went out and got the Covid (again) and the line dropped to four. Latest word is if he passes a third straight test (he has two in the bag) he can return to the sidelines. He's listed as questionable and the line has drifted up to 5.0.
I’ll still take the Dawgs to cover for a Mega Bet. Of course, if when UGA wins and Nick is not there, Bama fans will claim that Saban has never lost to an assistant since he wasn’t on the sidelines.

North Carolina -13.5 @ Florida State – It’s UNC’s first game as a top five team since they lost to FSU in 1997. Heels get their long overdue revenge. Put me down for a quatloo
Arkansas +1.5 @ Ole Miss - Arkansas shocked LSU to open the season and was robbed last week at Auburn. They will plow through the Rebel defense like a John Deere with a NASCAR engine. I’ll put a quatloo on the money line.
Pitt +13.0 @ Miami (FL) – Miami is still wondering who stole their lunch money last week against Clemson. Pitt’s defense will keep this one close. I’ll wager a quatloo.
Liberty -3.5 @ Syracuse – The Orange are a hot mess. Liberty will score at will behind Auburn transfer QB Malik Willis. I’m in for a quatloo.

NC State -4.5 vs Duke - Duke finally won a game. Put on your party hats and celebrate. Just not too much, it was against Syracuse.
NC State is coming off two straight road wins and is finding its groove. I'll put a Mini Mega on the Pack.
West Virginia -22.5 vs Kansas – Kansas is even worse than Syracuse. Betting aginst bad teams on the road is usually profitable. I lay a quatloo on the 'Neers.
Georgia Tech +27.0 vs Clemson – Clemson could blow out the Jackets if they really wanted to but they got their big win last week. The Tigers take the foot off the gas and Tech gets the cover. No quatloos though. Clemson could get the cover by half without breaking a sweat.
Army @ UT San Antonio Under 49.5 – In a season where everyone goes over, Army is 4-0 under. Both teams are run first which will shorten the game. I’ll put a quatloo on another low scoring game.

On Sunday, I'll let the kids out for a bit while I watch:
Minnesota -4.0 vs Atlanta - Atlanta's secondary couldn't cover Bruce and Dobby after a full night of partying. How are they going to stay with Adam Thielen and Justin Jefferson?
Cook may be out but the Vikings didn't miss a beat with Alexander Mattison.
Julio may be back too but Ryan will be under too much pressure to find him.
It's Atlanta's first post Quinn game. It will be another loss. I'm in for a Mega Bet on the Vikings.
Pittsburgh -3.5 vs Cleveland - Chase Claypool, wow, that was some coming out party. Now Cleveland has a dilemma. Cover Claypool and Schuster-Smith will go wild. The Browns can't cover both.
I'll lay a Mini Mega on the Steelers as they contain an injured Baker Mayfield and Big Ben goes wild against a poor Brownie LB corp.
Miami -8.5 vs NY Jets - The Jets are just awful. Now they released their one and only weapon, Le'Veon Bell. I'm going to bet against the Jets every week. It's just a matter of how much. Since they cut a former Spartan it will be for a Mega Bet!
And for all the games, spreads, picks and much much more here is the 2020 Week 7 Bettors Guide
