L'il Lou was very complimentary of the Ragin' Cajun defense Football's first full weekend of football is in the books. Watching was fun but still not the same. No fans, no bands, no pageantry, it's was like having cake but no icing. Good, just not as good.
But it was one of my favorite football watching weekends ever. With the Sax Man and Saxy Lady out house hunting, L'il Lou decided she would rather spend her first football weekend ever with Papa!
She's a fan!. LL never took her eyes off the game. She was rooting hard for the Mega Bets and after UL Lafayette upset Iowa State she was non stop talking.....until it was feeding time that is. Then, back to more football.
She was my secret weapon as I had a profitable weekend. I..we, went 1-1 on the Mega Bets and 2-0 on the Mini Megas for a nice little profit.

Then in the night cap, Coastal Carolina downed Kansas (again) 38-23.
So if the Big 10 and Pac 12 continue to hie underneath the sheets and Texas and Oklahoma stumble somewhere in conference play does the 4th spot in the playoffs go to an undefeated App State or ULL? I hope so.
