The Spartan defense did its job Well, that felt good. The Spartans won a game for the first time since September. But even while the defense was keeping the Fighting Dobbies from getting a first down until the third quarter, there was still that nagging feeling they might blow it.
MSU drove inside the Rutgers 30 yard line five times in the first half and yet had only 10 points. Finally with 36 seconds left in the half, MSU scored a TD to make it 17-0. They scored 10 more points in the second half to win and cover 27-0. Felt good but not much to crow about. It's still Rutgers after all.

Freshman QB Jayden Daniels was spetacular in upsetting Oregon The onside kick failed and ASU was able to run out the clock. Great game. One which eliminated Oregon from the CFP and made ASU bowl eligible.
