It’s Rivalry Week. All other games pale in comparison. The Spartans travel to Ann Arbor to play some local puke of a team.
Just hang on to the ball State and you will be all right. Dantonio will have the good guys dialled in. They will be all right.
And this will never get old

So what are the undercard games this week?
Miami (FL) -3.0 @ Florida State - It's another rivalry game in Tallahassee. This game was rescheduled from week 3 due to Hurricane Irma.
FSU has dominated these game lately winning 7 straight. But things are different this year.
The Noles have been struggling since losing QB Deondre Francois in week 1 against Bama. Since then they flat out can't protect the quarterback.
FSU is dead last in allowing tackles for loss - giving up 11 per game. In comes the Canes who are second in tackles for loss with 9 per game.
These games are nail biters with the last three determined by 5 points or less.
I'll take the Canes to finally take down the struggling Noles. Make it a Mega Bet too.

TCU -13.5 vs West Virginia - For some reason ESPN Game Day will be at what is probably the 3rd biggest game of the weekend.
TCU has beaten Arkansas and really gave a wake up call to the Big 12 by beating Oklahoma State. Who has WVU beaten? East Carolina? Delaware State? Kansas? Those are three awful teams.
Not only will the Horny Toads be fired up for Game Day but it's a revenge game too. The "Neers won 34-10 last year Too many points to lay a large bet but I'll take the Toads for a quatloo
Washington State -2.5 @ Oregon - OK Wazzou, Nicely done. You beat USC. You're 5-0. But all five games have been on the road.
Now you travel to Oregon which has found its offensive groove again. The Quack Attack is averaging nearly 50 points per game. They are just gave a nice 45-24 swirly to Cal. Down side is that they lost starting QB Justin Herbert in the process.
The Cougars are for real this year. They actually have a functioning defense and will pass their first road test. I'll put a Mini Mega on it.

Not a great slate otherwise.
For the other Mega Bets I'll take
Marshall -15.0 vs UNC Charlotte - There are a lot of teams trying to be the worst in college football. Coastal Carolina is probably the leader but I'll give them a break since they just got bumped up from Div 1AA. Charlotte is not far behind and is playing some really bad football right now, The can't move the ball and they can't stop others from moving it.
Marshall is not quite the Marshall of old but they are close. They are going to spend the afternoon running up and down they field while Charlotte goes three and out.
Green Bay +2.0 @ Dallas - The Pack has spent the last nine days getting healthy. The biggest addition is getting OT Bryan Bulaga back. Aaron Rodgers will get better protection and more time to throw.
The Cowboys not only lost 2 key players on their OL from last year the also lost three players from the secondary -CB Morris Claiborne, CB Brandon Carr and SS Barry Church. The Boys are now ranked 20th in passing defense and 26th in points allowed.
If Rodgers was able to beat Dallas in Dallas in the playoffs last year with those guys, imagine what he will do against this depleted team. The wrong team is favored. Rodgers is 16-4 when coming off rest of 9 or more days. I'm taking the Pack

I'll put down a Mini Mega on
Philadelphia -6.5 vs Arizona - It's a lot of points but its a 1:00 game. The Cardinals stink and Philly is still underrated
For the Point Whore Parlay I'll go with:
Maryland +31.0 @ Ohio State
Iowa State +30.5 @ Oklahoma
Cal +27.0 @ Washington
The Sheriff likes
Utah (+6) vs Stanford. The Sheriff will take Kyle Whittingham and the Utah Utes at home plus 6 points any day of the week. Even against a Stanford team that has look much-improved the last two weeks in crushing UCLA and Arizona State.
Northwestern (+14.5) vs Penn State. That last half point was the Siren that lured the Sheriff to the rocks … he will take the Wildcats to cover this number in Evanston.
Purdue (-4) vs Minnesota. After losing to Michigan two weeks ago, the Boilermakers will get back on board the bowl eligibility express with a win over the Golden Gophers at home.

The Sax Man sent in these picks
As I type this in my Vandy polo, I am vowing not to take any Nashville teams for a while after last week.
Parlay of the week:
Philly (-300) over Arizona
Pittsburgh (-450) over Jacksonville
Buffalo (+140) over Cincinnati
3/1 odds
NCAA Picks:
Wazzu (-2.5) over Oregon: Vegas is giving a little too much love to an Oregon team riddled with injuries. Wazzu wins this one pretty easily.
Minnesota / Purdue OVER 46.5: Purdue has only been held under 24 pts once this season, against a very good Michigan defense. Minnesota's defense isn't Michigan's and Purdue's defense is not either. As long as Purdue doesn't have too much of a bye week rust factor, both teams should be in the 30's.
