Play of the year in the game of the year Great game between Indiana and Penn State. Probably the best of the year. Penn State finally played up to their talent level and Indiana continues to refuse to lose. The catch by Omar Cooper Jr the play of the year and likely cemented a Heisman trophy for Fernando Mendoza.
It also meant that Indiana is no longer tied with Northwestern as the losingest football program of all time. Coming into the game both teams were tied with 715 losses. As the season goes on I'm sure the gap will grow.
Equally as exciting was another Big Ten game (who needs ESPN after all) between Oregon and Iowa. Playing in conditions that would make a monsoon look like a light afternoon drizzle, Iowa did what Iowa does, take away the the other teams offense.

On the other end of the spectrum was a pathetic game between Wisconsin and Washington. Bucky was able to scratch out a win desite their leading passer being the punter. Sean West completed one pass for 24 yards - that's right 24! The win broke Wisconsin's ten game Big Ten losing streak.
Texas A&M continues to roll. They demolished a good Mizzou squad 38-17, The Aggies have scored 30+ points in all but won game and have have won by at least two scores in the SEC in 4 out of 5 games.
The Group of 5 representative got scrambled when Tulane took down Memphis. Out their lurking in the weeds is Cignetti's old team, James Madison. The Monarchs are 8-1 with the lone loss to Louisville.

Wake dismantled UVA 16-9 In week 10 the ACC lit its CFP chances on fire when both Georgia Tech and Miami (FL) were upset. USF will be seeking revenge from last year's loss to Navy Nothing worth betting on tonight in football. I may change my mind and put in some chump change when I get to the SuperBook though. May also take some dogs in the NHL. that was a winning strategy last year.

Pitt +11.5 vs Notre Dame – Two teams on a roll after losing 2 early. Both teams can rack up the points. The Irish are scoring 38.7 points per game (10th) while the Panthers are sixth in scoring in the country, pouring in 39.7 points per game
Both schools are stout run defenders as well. Pitt leads the nation in fewest yards allowed per rush (2.4), the Irish are 16th at 3.1. Pitt can hang with ND, and with plenty on the line and the home crowd rocking, I’ll take the Panthers to keep it close in what should be one of the best games of the week.
Bama -6.0 vs Oklahoma – Don’t let that Oklahoma win over Tennessee two weeks ago fool you, The Sooners were outgained by 105 yards. Vol QB Joey Aguilar threw for 393 yards and three scores in that game. Expect Ty Simpson will do something similar.
BYU -4.5 vs TCU – BYU bounces back after an ugly loss to Texas Tech. Chalk that up to the Red Raiders outstanding defense.
